Additional tasks and responsibilities given by law for development of members and province are:
- Leading for national and international trade fairs
- Establishing good relationships with trade organizations or chambers which are located in regional, domestic or international areas.
- Introducing different business culture to its members and provide them to join venture or businesses,
- Signing protocols with various associations and organizations for its members regarding how to finance and develop their businesses (governmental funds, investments, low interest credits)
- By identifying sectoral needs CCI takes measures and attempts
- Doing economical researches periodically about CCI’ members,
- Arranging trainings and workshops as required subjects by the members
- Providing consultant services with “EU Business Development Centre (ABIGEM)”
- Providing information about foreign trade legislation and incentives
COPY OF CHAMBER OF COMMERCE REGISTRATION
In accordance with Article 26 of the Law on the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey and Article 31 of the Chamber Transaction Regulation, upon request, registration and registry copies are given to the Members based on the records and documents in the chamber registry file.
The registry copies contain information about the member’s title, address, capital, registration date, degree, and field of activity.
CERTIFICATE OF ACTIVITY
In accordance with Article 26 of the Law on the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey on Chambers and Commodity Exchanges and Article 31 of the Chamber Transactions Regulation, the Members are given certificates of activity, upon request, based on the records and documents in the chamber registry file.
Certificates of activity contain information about the title, address, capital, registration date, degree, and field of activity of the member.
TENDER STATUS CERTIFICATE
Tender Status Certificate is issued upon request in accordance with Article 26 of the Law on the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey on Chambers and Commodity Exchanges and Article 42 of the Chamber Transactions Regulation.
This certificate contains information about the member’s title, address, capital, registration date, degree, and field of activity.
In addition, the information contained in accordance with articles (a) (b) and (g) of the last paragraph of Article 10 of the Public Procurement Law No. 4734 is obtainable. Whether this information is within the scope of “reasons for exclusion” in the last paragraph of Article 10 of the Procurement Law, whether it is in a similar situation according to the provisions of the legislation in its own country, whether the bankruptcy has been declared, compulsory liquidation decision has been made, is under the administration of the court due to its debts to the creditors, or whether there is a similar situation according to the provisions of the legislation in its own country, as of the date of the auction, as per the legislation It is about whether he is banned from professional activity by the Chamber s/he is registered with.
CERTIFICATE OF COMMERCIAL DOMICILE
Certificate of Commercial Domicile is issued upon request in accordance with Article 26 of the Law on the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey and Article 42 of the Chamber Transactions Regulation.
This certificate contains information about the member’s title, address, capital, registration date, degree, and field of activity.
In addition, the phrase is included: ”It has been understood from the examination of the file that the member company of our chamber, whose registration number and title are written above, was engaged in written works at the written addresses.
This document has been prepared and submitted by us to be submitted to the relevant authorities, based on the written request of the company.
PARTNERSHIP CONFIRMATION CERTIFICATE
In accordance with Article 42 of the Chamber Transactions Regulation, the member is given a certificate presenting who the partners of the Company are upon request.
In this certificate, the title and registration number of the member, the latest current share ratios, and the T.R. identity numbers of the partners are included.
MEMBER ID CARD
In accordance with Article 26 of the Law on the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey Chambers and Commodity Exchanges and Article 9, subparagraph d. of the Chamber Transactions Regulation, a photo ID is given to the member upon request.
The validity period is indicated on the ID.
In addition, the identity card has the member’s registry and business-related information on it.
One passport-size photograph and Identity Card must be submitted.
MEMBER REGISTRY BOARD
In accordance with Article 26 of the Law on the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey Chambers and Commodity Exchanges and Article 42 of the Chamber Transactions Regulation, a Chamber Registry Board is issued to our members upon request.
On this board, there are phrases indicating that you are registered to our Chamber with the title and registration number of the member.
MAIN NACE CODE CHANGE
If you apply with a photocopy of the tax board with the new Nace code and a petition, changes are made with the first Board of Directors Decision, provided that the company is involved in the field of activity.
NEW NACE CODE ADDITION
If you apply with a petition containing the new Nace code, an addition is made on the condition that the company is involved in the field of activity.
CAPITAL INCREASE IN REAL PERSONS
The petition in which the old capital and the new capital are written, and the annex, which is stamped and signed by the accountant of the company that will apply, show that the old capital has been paid, and the application must be made with the balance sheet in which the new capital is written.
